We are on a mission to excite your senses. Beers and malt liquors made with local barley. Gins, rums and vodkas infused with fresh seasonal botanicals, fruits and flowers. We are big into tradition but we also know that evolution is essential - we have no sacred cows, just Dancing Cows.
ABOUT
We started brewing in Lancashire in 2003 before selling the business to one of our customers and we moved to Lymington on the South Coast of England in 2014. Initially, we wanted to set up a gin distillery but a trip to Lake Michigan reignited our passion for craft beer and gave us new horizons on distilled spirits. In early 2015, we set up a small-batch craft brewery and distillery with the aim of producing a range of beers and spirits with local provenance and a fresh, new view on brewing and distilling.
Our grains will come from a farm just a couple of miles away along the coastal path. We plan to use some wild hops that grow next to the Ancient Highway that joins us to the tiny port of Keyhaven and local fruits, flowers, herbs, spices and botanicals will all be added to the steeping tanks and stills.
